Overnight service. Drop off your skis or snowboard after a day’s skiing, and we’ll have your equipment back in top condition by the next morning. With Wintersteiger’s professional service machines, you’ll enjoy smooth gliding, easy turning and excellent grip on ice once again.
We manually scrape out deep scratches, remove wax residue and apply a high-quality base compound across the entire surface. Your skis are then stone-ground, the edges are ground (89°) – including deburring and polishing – and they receive a final wax treatment.

Your base will be given a textured finish, the base edge will be ground using the ‘hanging’ method, and the side edges will be ground to 89°. Finally, we’ll deburr and polish the edges and wax your skis for optimum gliding performance.

Deep damage to the base doesn’t have to spell the end for your ski. We carefully cut out the damaged section and fit a new piece of base material to fit perfectly – so your ski is ready to go again.
Do your bindings still meet the legal standards? You should have them checked once a year. We’ll check your height, weight, skiing ability and binding pressure, and inspect your ski boot for any damage around the binding area.
Have you chosen a particular pair of ski bindings but can’t fit them yourself? No problem – just bring your skis, boots and a bit of time, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
