Relaxed cycling with our ‘No Worries’ package
In the event of damage or theft, an excess applies (MTB full-suspension & e-MTB 2,000 / e-full-suspension 3,000). With the Peace of Mind Package (1 day 14 / 2 days 24 / 3 days or more 36), the excess is waived! The Peace of Mind Package also includes: a cycling helmet, a lock and our ‘Pick-up Service’ in the event of the bike being unrideable (due to a technical fault) from the nearest point in the Arlberg region accessible by car. Excluded are cases of damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. In the event of theft, a police report is required! Theft insurance is valid between 8 am and 8 pm when the bike is locked (using our lock to a fixed object)! Between 8 pm and 8 am, it is only valid if the bike is stored in a locked room.

In our sports shop, you’ll find plenty of bikes and all the necessary accessories available to hire. Downhill bikes, mountain bikes, children’s bikes, trailers and lots of accessories, such as helmets, child seats, bike rucksacks and locks.
